Q: Where can I find the Winnipeg Office?
Answer
We are located on the 7th floor of 305 Broadway. Parking is available at various meters or Impark lots near our builidng. The office is open from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE OFFICE WITHOUT FIRST NOTIFYING US.

Q: What type of payments do you take in the office?
Answer
We take bank drafts, certified cheques, money orders and (in some cases) e-transfers. In some cases we have been requested by clients not to accept cash. Please call us at 1-888-726-0813 for the type of payment allowable in your circumstance.
For tracked payments, we suggest using Express Post available through Canada Post which provides you with a tracking number and updates on delivery.

Q: What if my vehicle has been seized or repossessed?
Answer
If your vehicle has been seized, please contact our office at 1-204-717-8206 and speak to someone in our office. We will attempt to answer all of your questions and assist you in any way we can. You may be asked to provide confirmation of identity and/or documentation when you call.

Q: Do you offer Notary Services?
Answer
Unfortunately, we do not offer Notary Services. We would suggest that you contact a local lawyer who can either recommend a Notary Service or provide services.
